Spier Capital LLC ("Spier", "we") runs this portal so brokers, ISOs and our team can submit and track funding requests. This page explains what we collect through the portal and how we use it.
Who can use the portal
Only people a Spier administrator has added can sign in. We do not offer public sign-up.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, company and role.
- Sign-in information: if you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive only your verified email address and basic profile (name) from that provider so we can match you to your account. We never receive your Google or Microsoft password.
- Deal and company information you submit: merchant names, application details, files you upload (for example applications, bank statements, W-9s, voided checks or IDs) and messages to underwriting.
- Activity records: sign-in times and actions taken in the portal, kept for security and auditing.
How we use it
- To review and underwrite funding requests and respond to you.
- To show you the status of deals you or your company submitted.
- To pay and track broker and ISO relationships.
- To keep the portal secure and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Information is shared only with Spier staff who need it, with funding partners involved in a deal you submitted, with service providers that host and operate the portal (such as Vercel, Neon and Google Workspace) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep account and deal records for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Security
Access is limited by role. Sensitive documents such as voided checks and IDs are visible only to authorized Spier staff. Connections are encrypted.
